The Forest

Long Ago in an old, abandoned and forgotten in Shanghai,China, was a forest by the name of ‘The Suicide Forest’. This Forest was home to some of the most scariest and creepiest stories of China. The London City School knew little of this forest and decided to host a camping trip in  the same forest where all these stories took place. This is the story of the story of six students by the names of Alex, Tracy, Trevor, Olivia, James and Emma.

The school had just settled down in the forest. It was about 9:00pm at night and the school was just getting ready to go to sleep until a hurling bolt of thunder came striking down onto an oak tree nearby the camp. Screams and shouts filled the whole forest. Everyone ran out of their tent. The 2 teachers that lead the trip- Mr Burns and Ms Williams- ran out of their tent to inspect what was going on. ” Everyone get back in their tents we will deal with this tomorrow, its just a bit of thunder.” Alex, a tall athletic boy who liked to play football, whispered to his tent-mates- Trevor and James- “I have a bad feeling about this place.” The Next Day.. “Wakey, wakey everyone. Suns up.” Everyone stood outside there tents and lined up in a straight line. “Today each group will have their own different assignments.

My Prediction for The Boy in Striped Pyjamas

Prediction 1: I think that the boys facial expression is sad because he is in some type prison or concentration camp. You would not really be happy if you was in a prison.

I think that his face was not allowed to be showed because maybe his family or the boy himself did not want his face and identity to be revealed.

I think that the boy has numbers on his pyjamas because he is in a prison and that number would be his identification number.

Prediction 2: I think that pyjamas belong to the little boy on the front cover who I made my first prediction about.

I predict that story will be about the Jewish, nine year old Bruno getting kidnapped whilst he is sleeping by the nazis. Then he gets taken to a concentration camp. He tries to escape from the concentration camp but there is a large, barbed wire fence stopping him from escaping.

This is Your Online Domain

Hello and welcome to your personal online journal.

Edutronic has been created to enhance and enrich your learning at the London Nautical School. Its purpose is to provide you with an audience for your work (or work-in-progress) and you have the choice (by altering the ‘visibility’ of your posts) of whether your work on here is visible to the world, or only to your teacher.

Anything you post here in the public domain represents you and thus it’s important that you take care with that decision, but don’t be afraid to publish your work – as the feedback you may get from people at home, your peers and people from around the internet is only likely to enhance it.

Remember you can always access your class blog and all manner of resources through the Edutronic main website – and by all means check out the sites of your peers to see what they’re getting up to as well.

If you have any questions for your teacher, an excellent way to get an answer is to create a new private post on this journal. Your teachers are am notified of any new posts and will reply swiftly to any queries.

Make the most of, and enjoy this new freedom in your English learning!
